2. What we collect and why
We collect only the information needed to run the service:
- Email address and website URL: so the automated scanner can analyze the site you submit and send you the resulting report.
- Company name and optional notes: provided when you request a paid audit, so we can prepare and invoice the work.
- Payment data: card and checkout details are processed by Stripe, Inc. on their servers. We do not store or see your card number; we receive only the billing result and invoicing details needed to complete and document the purchase.
- Technical logs: basic server logs (IP address, timestamps) needed to operate and secure the service.
3. Legal basis
We process data to perform the contract with you (Art. 6(1)(b) GDPR), to run and secure the service and respond to inquiries on our legitimate interest (Art. 6(1)(f) GDPR), and to meet legal and accounting obligations (Art. 6(1)(c) GDPR).
4. Storage, security and retention
Data is stored on our hosting provider in the United States and protected with encrypted transport (HTTPS) and restricted access. We keep records no longer than needed to provide the service, handle follow-ups and re-deliver reports, and comply with applicable legal and accounting requirements.
5. Who we share data with
We do not sell personal data. We share it only with service providers that help operate the product and only on our instructions: payment processing (Stripe, Inc.), transactional email delivery, and hosting.
